About the role
VGW Canada is an interactive entertainment company looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its Customer Service Ops team in Toronto. The role requires patience, empathy, strong communication, and a natural ability to solve problems while advocating for players.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate support.
- Adapt to and respond effectively to a variety of customer personalities.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and follow established communication guidelines.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
- Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Keep Zendesk tickets updated and ensure information is current.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different situations.
- Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and time‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (desirable).
- Ability to work under pressure.
