Consultant – P&C Insurance (Toronto)

About the role

Infosys Consulting is looking for a Consultant in its Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance practice, based in Toronto. The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to shape and execute insurance strategies, supporting senior consultants across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Execute engagements for financial services and insurance clients, driving complex change and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct interviews, workshops and walkthroughs with subject‑matter experts to capture and document business requirements.
• Identify data entities, define relationships and assist data modelers in building data platforms.
• Gather and analyse business processes, design data maps and support technology transformation programmes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional client teams and Infosys resources to manage end‑to‑end project execution and stakeholder communication.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and development of market‑relevant points of view.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, with at least 5 years in the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated experience in P&C insurance, specifically Commercial and Specialty Lines.
