Key responsibilities

• Empower students with academic support based on the Ontario curriculum.
• Develop customized learning plans that promote deep understanding rather than memorisation.
• Provide remedial and enrichment opportunities to support struggling learners or challenge advanced students.
• Collaborate with parents to keep them informed about progress, challenges and successes.

Required profile

• Current, valid registration with the Ontario College of Teachers.
• Qualified teacher in Canada or the United States, or in the process of becoming one.
• Teacher candidate pursuing a Bachelor of Education.
• Experience as a lecturer or course instructor at an accredited U.S. or Canadian university.
