About the role
The Department of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures is hosting a two‑week exhibit on Gottfried Fuchs in Fall 2026, organized in partnership with the Goethe‑Institut Montréal. The role supports the exhibit by handling communications, promotional materials, and on‑site logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Produce promotional materials for the exhibit.
- Communicate with guests and partners on specific tasks delegated by the supervisor.
- Transport posters to and from the McGill campus.
- Assist with hanging and taking down posters.
- Organise refreshments and other small items for the reception.
- Perform other light, ad‑hoc tasks as needed.
Required profile
- High School Diploma (minimum education).
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in Quebec.
- English proficiency assessed at level 4 (out of 0‑4).
