About the role
BIICS is looking for a Business Systems Specialist to design, develop, and implement computer system solutions that meet client needs. You will work closely with clients to capture requirements and translate them into effective information system strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Confer with clients to identify and document technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement business information system solutions.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks and develop mitigation policies.
- Conduct quality‑assurance reviews and resolve conflict situations.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in business systems or IT.
Required skills
- JSON (JavaScript Object Notation).
- Robotic Process Automation.
- Usability testing.
