About the role

The Fashion Associate role at Walmart Canada offers an opportunity to develop retail and customer‑service skills in a fast‑paced store environment. You will be part of a team that ensures fashion merchandise is well‑presented, stocked, and that shoppers enjoy a clean and safe experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers politely and assist with product promotion, locating items, purchase decisions, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by following company policies and completing safety checks.
• Process and stock all fashion merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor tidy and presentable for shoppers.
• Merchandise non‑modular fashion items according to planograms.
• Ensure proper fixtures and supplies are used and replace them when needed.
• Apply correct signage as dictated by modular guidelines.
• Replenish and merchandise seasonal items promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.
• Availability to work part‑time hours in a retail environment.
