Wellsite Supervisor

About the role

Sideworx Connect is seeking experienced Wellsite Supervisors to lead well‑testing operations on oil and gas projects in the Grande Prairie area. The role involves overseeing crews, ensuring safety, and delivering accurate test results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage well‑testing operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Supervise and coordinate well‑testing crews and activities.
• Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting during tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during testing.
• Maintain well‑testing equipment in good working condition.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train and mentor well‑testing personnel.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in well testing within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven supervisory experience with training and development of personnel.
• Strong knowledge of well‑testing procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, leadership and communication skills.
• Physically fit for heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs) and able to pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Local to Grande Prairie or able to travel; valid Class 5 driver’s license with reliable crew truck.
