Territory Manager – GTA North

About the role

Breakthru Beverage Canada is seeking a Territory Manager for the GTA North region. You will be responsible for driving sales, expanding brand distribution, and managing relationships with on‑ and off‑premise accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage territory coverage to ensure excellent execution.
• Plan daily, weekly and quarterly activities to meet quota and distribution objectives.
• Maintain and grow volume and distribution by building long‑term relationships with accounts.
• Manage assigned budget as required.
• Conduct product tastings and education sessions.
• Execute sales calls using the Structured Call methodology.
• Report on competitive activities and provide constructive suggestions.
• Prospect, quantify and qualify new accounts for brand fit.
• Provide product and brand marketing knowledge through sales aids and training seminars.
• Collaborate with supplier representatives and field management to promote sales.
• Improve product marketability through shelf management, display positioning, concept selling and price‑point management.
• Ensure brand distribution in key purchasing areas of accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years selling experience in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment and problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of wine and spirit sales and marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
• Knowledge of Liquor Board regulations, market trends and competition.
