About the role
As a Team Member at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for guests and may also prepare beloved bakery items, ensuring an exceptional experience in a fast‑paced environment. High‑performing members can grow into Trainer, Supervisor or other leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests.
- Prepare and serve bakery items and beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Multi‑task and communicate effectively with team members.
Required profile
- Customer service background preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lb.
- Previous experience in quick‑service restaurants is an asset.
- Friendly, outgoing attitude.
