Supply Chain Planner & Procurement Manager

About the role

NXTRND is seeking a Supply Chain Planner & Procurement Manager to own the end‑to‑end planning, purchasing and inventory management processes for its football equipment brand. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will translate sales forecasts, supplier lead times and seasonal demand into effective purchasing decisions that keep the right stock in the right place.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly supply‑chain planning cycle, reviewing forecasts, on‑hand inventory, open purchase orders and channel demand.
• Develop and present detailed procurement plans by SKU, product category, supplier and delivery date.
• Create, issue and manage purchase orders while balancing lead times, safety stock, service levels and working‑capital constraints.
• Monitor weeks of supply, identify stock‑out risks, excess or slow‑moving inventory and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with factories, 3PL partners, Amazon and retail channels to ensure timely production and replenishment.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead times, minimum order quantities and production schedules.
• Oversee inventory transfers between warehouses and support product launches and seasonal programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain planning and procurement, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to balance product availability, freight costs, cash flow and inventory risk.
• Proven ability to work independently, drive processes forward and communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
