Supply Chain Intern – Delta, BC

About the role

Dreaming big is in our DNA, and Labatt is looking for passionate, curious students to join our Supply Chain team. This 15‑week internship is based at the Turning Point Brewery in Delta, BC, with a full‑time, on‑site schedule. You will gain hands‑on experience while contributing to real business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience in supply chain management and improve key performance indicators from day one.
• Work closely with the Logistics Team, support various supply chain activities, and own a strategic, high‑impact project.
• Participate in changes to route‑to‑market strategies across different regions.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain functions, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, order fulfillment, cost management, planning, and technology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management for multi‑functional exposure and industry insights.

Required profile

• Take ownership, act with integrity, and demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to learn.
• Think boldly, innovate, and challenge the status quo while simplifying problems.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, returning to school in September 2027 and graduating December 2027 or later.
• Legal right to work in Canada, of legal drinking age, and willing to consider future full‑time roles across Canada.
