Store Manager – Summerhill

About the role

Bailey Nelson is opening a new eyewear store in Summerhill, Ontario and is looking for a Store Manager to lead the team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, meeting eyecare needs, and achieving sales and operational targets.

Required profile

• Fully licensed Optician in Ontario, in good standing with the College of Opticians of Ontario, with experience as a Senior Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
• Passion for creating amazing customer experiences and solving eyecare and eyewear needs.
• High energy and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing business, adapting to change with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, train and develop the team.
• Effective time‑management and operational oversight without compromising the customer experience.
• Collaborative mindset to partner with store Optometrists and drive growth across clinic and retail spaces.
• Results‑driven focus on achieving and exceeding targets through the team.
