Staff Engineer – Infrastructure Solutions

About the role

The Staff Engineer will lead infrastructure strategy and roadmap for the Infrastructure Solutions team, focusing on network engineering and Azure cloud operations. You will design robust network architectures, create high‑level designs, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of network solutions using Meraki and FortiGate across cloud and on‑premises environments, including TLS/SSL security.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud & DevOps, ITSM, and Unified Communications teams to define requirements, develop documentation, and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Conduct proof‑of‑concept assessments for new technologies, define security controls, and contribute to governance activities and technology roadmaps.
• Design and support Azure cloud infrastructure, including disaster recovery planning with Azure Site Recovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure design, and cloud operations.
• Proven ability to design scalable network solutions and work independently with minimal supervision.
