Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to own the technical onboarding and implementation experience for our customers. You will act as the primary technical point of contact, shaping solution design and ensuring successful, long‑term adoption of the Vantage platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to capture deep‑rooted requirements, system constraints, and business goals.
• Design scalable solution architectures, defining data flows, configuration approaches, and integration patterns.
• Lead client‑facing technical meetings, including kick‑offs, design reviews, and go‑live validations.
• Drive end‑to‑end implementation, making real‑time decisions, configuring the platform, and executing integrations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep timelines on track and relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, removing blockers to ensure a smooth launch.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to lead technical conversations with executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience delivering professional services or onboarding for data‑heavy products, preferably in a fast‑growing startup.
• Resourceful problem‑solver who can make decisive technical calls under pressure.

Required skills

• Design and evaluation of integration architectures using RESTful APIs.
• Event‑driven patterns and data transformation pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Scripting experience with Python or equivalent.
