About the role
We are looking for an experienced Shop Manager to lead daily operations at our LILIANNE LINGERIE store in Québec. You will ensure smooth customer service, manage staff, and maintain inventory levels while supporting community employment initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Plan, organize, and schedule staff shifts, assigning duties as needed.
- Determine staffing requirements and adjust schedules or recruit accordingly.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.
- Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor stock levels.
- Track sales performance and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and retail regulations.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or comparable certificate/diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
- 3 to less than 5 years of retail management experience.
- Participation in programs that support newcomers, refugees, or youth employment is a plus.
