ServiceNow Project Manager & Scrum Master (12-Month Contract)

About the role

Our client, a leading consulting organization, is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager who will also serve as Scrum Master on a 12‑month contract. The role combines end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives, stakeholder diplomacy, and agile facilitation across distributed, global teams. Work is hybrid with one day onsite per week in Toronto.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow implementation and integration projects within a consulting environment.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and senior leadership.
• Coordinate resources across regions, maintaining visibility of team allocations.
• Handle difficult stakeholders and situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact.
• Diffuse conflict, drive alignment, and keep teams focused on delivery.
• Proactively address minor issues before they become larger risks.
• Lead project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities.
• Maintain clear communication and accountability with peers and management.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving client needs.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a consulting setting.
• Hands‑on experience managing ServiceNow projects (implementations, integrations, enhancements) across multiple modules.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑Ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Experience creating and managing project plans, roadmaps, delivery schedules, and milestones.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including regular status reporting and executive updates.
• Demonstrated risk, issue, and dependency management with mitigation planning and proactive escalation.
