Service Advisor

About the role

West Side Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join its automotive service team in Edmonton. The role requires prior automotive service experience and a commitment to delivering courteous, effective service to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and update customer information while ensuring vehicles receive proper care.
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and promptly inform customers of any additional work required.
• Oversee the flow of the service drive lane to provide prompt and courteous service.
• Write accurate repair orders and relay problem details to technicians.
• Maintain daily communication with technicians regarding job status changes and update open repair orders.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• At least 1 year of prior service advisor experience and 2 years of customer‑service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Reynolds software is a plus.
