About the role

Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Front‑End) for Cohere’s North AI workspace platform. You will build and ship features, develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data, and write minimal code that runs in low‑resource, highly secure environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship features for North, Cohere’s AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that communicate with sensitive enterprise data.
• Write and ship minimal code for low‑resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms.
• Collaborate with researchers to productionise state‑of‑the‑art models and techniques.

Required profile

• Have shipped full‑stack code (Python and React) in production.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Experience in both large enterprises and startups.
• Strong coding abilities across the stack and can debug outside the main code base.
• Built and deployed high‑performance client‑side or server‑side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users.
