Scheduling Coordinator – Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for an outgoing Scheduling Coordinator to join Onyx‑Fire BC. You will act as the liaison between field technicians and clients, ensuring service appointments are booked accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to schedule inspections, repairs and services, gathering access codes and special requests.
• Confirm that assigned technicians have the required certifications, stamps and technical level for each work order.
• Optimize technician schedules for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse team to ensure required parts are available for each job.
• Liaise with third‑party contractors to guarantee all parties are on‑site for successful work completion.
• Provide technicians with necessary documentation such as past inspection reports.
• Work with the Service Team to reschedule incomplete work orders.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to meet customer scheduling needs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Dispatcher, Scheduler or similar role.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks and solve problems with a customer‑centric focus.
• Proficient with computer systems and various software applications.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
