Sales Advisor / Stylist – Yorkdale Mall

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a full‑time Sales Advisor, also referred to as a Stylist, to join the Yorkdale store team. The role serves as the brand’s ambassador, delivering personalized, one‑to‑one service both in‑store and digitally.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class customer service on the shop floor and through online channels.
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to offer expert styling advice.
• Build and maintain a client book, reaching out to customers for repeat business.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support visual merchandising.
• Assist with inventory management, online order fulfillment, and POS transactions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in fashion, styling, or retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a goal‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and retail holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 lb, and operate ladders as needed.
