Retail Support Executive (Territory-Based)

About the role

Brand Momentum is looking for a high‑performing Retail Support Executive to act as the bridge between frontline sales teams and store leads across a defined territory in North York. You will drive sales, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure each retail location is optimized for maximum customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while providing confident product education and hands‑on demonstrations for IQOS, VEEV, combustibles and promotions.
• Manage and optimize a designated territory, covering 1–3 stores per shift and ensuring consistent brand execution and in‑store conversion.
• Mentor Sales Brand Ambassadors, share best practices, and provide informal on‑the‑ground coaching.
• Report sales activities, customer registrations and field insights accurately and support campaign roll‑outs and product launches.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of experience in retail, field sales or a customer‑facing role with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Informal leadership experience, able to influence and support peers.
• Highly organized, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced, territory‑based environment.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
