Retail Compliance Auditor – Part‑Time (Casual)

About the role

MCA is hiring Retail Compliance Shoppers to visit retail stores and other establishments to ensure employees check ID when selling age‑restricted products. As a Retail Compliance Auditor you will pose as a regular customer, attempt a small purchase, observe staff ID checks and submit a brief online report after each visit.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations posing as a regular customer.
• Attempt a small purchase to test ID verification.
• Observe whether staff request a valid ID for age‑restricted items.
• Submit a short online report for each completed visit.

Required profile

• Valid government‑issued photo ID proving legal age.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow instructions and be discreet.
