About the role
We are looking for a diligent and skilled IT Support professional to provide remote technical assistance to our team at TauRx Therapeutics. The role supports our mission to develop treatments for neurodegenerative diseases by ensuring reliable IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to all employees.
- Diagnose, respond to, and resolve technical queries via remote tools, email, and telephone.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Effective communication skills for remote assistance.
