Regional Sales Manager – Western Canada

About the role

As the Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada, you will lead the Power Tools division’s sales activities across the region, driving revenue, margin and market share growth for iconic brands such as Bosch®, Dremel® and RotoZip®.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue targets set by the National Sales Manager.
• Implement national sales priorities and premium brand positioning within the region.
• Create and manage regional budgets and expenditures to support sales development.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across distribution channels and trade partners.
• Tailor go‑to‑market strategies based on regional dynamics and dealer base.
• Execute regional marketing spend, promotions and sell‑through initiatives.
• Own demand planning and forecasting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with the regional sales team, distributors and dealers.
• Lead jobsite visits, product demonstrations and distributor events.
• Partner with marketing on regional events, trade shows and training sessions.
• Negotiate and execute contracts and agreements at the dealer level.
• Set clear activity and performance expectations for customer visits, demos and pipeline development.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• 5–10+ years of sales experience in power tools, industrial products, construction supplies or similar categories.
• In‑depth knowledge of multi‑level distribution flows and the customers involved.
• Product knowledge of power tools and accessories is an asset.
• Proven experience managing, motivating and developing a sales team.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution of national sales strategies.
