Quality Engineering Lead – Burnaby, BC

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Quality Engineering Lead to drive test automation, quality engineering, and product ownership for enterprise applications. The role involves defining test strategies, leading automation initiatives, managing defect governance, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, automation frameworks, and continuous testing pipelines.
• Lead large‑scale testing programs across multiple applications and business domains.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate design discussions, and document decisions.
• Conduct code reviews, integrate new features, and maintain code repositories.
• Coordinate bug fixes, support production issue resolution, and drive preventive reliability measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 4 years of IT and software testing experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Located within commuting distance of Burnaby, BC or willing to relocate.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
