Property Manager Trainee

About the role

Join Homestead Land Holdings Limited as a Property Manager Trainee and develop the expertise needed to oversee a portfolio of residential buildings. You will work closely with senior managers to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, budget compliance, and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff in daily tasks and foster positive working relationships.
• Manage Net Operating Income (NOI) and CAPEX budgets for your portfolio.
• Maintain safe, efficient operations across all properties.
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation and reporting.
• Analyze monthly financial statements.
• Be available Monday‑Friday and on‑call for emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑oriented mindset.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
