Promotions Associate

About the role

The Promotions Associate is responsible for planning and building displays throughout the store that are visually appealing and maximize impact on a day‑to‑day basis. This role also involves store maintenance such as hole checks, stocking shelves, merchandising and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure promotional items are placed and priced appropriately in feature areas.
• Execute merchandise layout changes, including set‑up, maintenance, and removal of displays and signage.
• Stock shelves and display areas neatly and safely, maintaining feature ends, side panels, and platform displays.
• Replenish stock, remove damaged or expired items, and report low inventory levels.
• Assist customers with a friendly attitude and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift items for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Strong computer and organizational abilities.
• Result‑oriented, customer‑focused and capable of solving problems in a fast‑paced environment.
