Project Manager – Fire & Life Safety Systems

About the role

The Project Manager will lead the planning and execution of fire sprinkler and standpipe system installations for new‑build and retrofit projects. You will work closely with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, installation, and modification of sprinkler and standpipe systems.
• Coordinate design, fabrication, and field teams to meet project milestones.
• Conduct site visits, kickoff meetings, and client interactions.
• Manage change orders, pricing adjustments, and material lists.
• Collaborate with accounting for invoicing and with estimating for quote preparation.
• Track drawing submissions, permit applications, and testing activities.
• Ensure all close‑out documentation is obtained and handed to the service sales team.
• Participate in company safety training and support the installation crew.

Required profile

• Motivated, organized, and knowledgeable professional with experience in fire protection projects.
• Strong communication skills for client and contractor coordination.
• Team‑player able to support installation crews and drive project success.
