About the role
The Production Supervisor – Assembly will lead a team of labourers in a noisy, dusty manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, meeting productivity targets, and maintaining product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and submit production reports and recommend productivity improvements.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and suggest measures to enhance product quality.
- Establish work schedules, coordinate training, and oversee safety of operations.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Set up machines and equipment, and supervise the coordination of workers' activities.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a production or assembly setting.
- Ability to perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks with attention to detail.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
