Product Knowledge Specialist

About the role

The Product Knowledge Specialist shapes how customers, partners, and support teams understand dcbel’s residential energy solutions. You will translate complex product definitions into clear, trustworthy information that guides users without requiring them to manage the system themselves.

Key responsibilities

• Define how product knowledge supports customer trust, deciding what information should be visible and what can remain invisible.
• Own the product knowledge system, establishing structure, standards, terminology, and governance to keep information accurate, consistent, and discoverable.
• Transform product definitions, release scope, scenarios, and requirements into customer‑focused guidance and FAQs.
• Establish guardrails for AI‑assisted content creation, setting principles, tone, and quality expectations.

Required profile

• 5+ years building clarity from complexity in knowledge management, information architecture, product documentation, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to design scalable knowledge systems with taxonomy, governance models, and content frameworks.
• Strong judgment in defining standards and guardrails, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical accuracy.
• Systems‑thinking mindset with high accountability, capable of identifying gaps, reducing ambiguity, and leading AI‑assisted content creation.
