Power Platform & SharePoint Developer (3-Month Contract)

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Power Platform and SharePoint Developer to lead a time‑critical remediation and migration programme. The role focuses on converting Nintex‑based solutions to Power Platform and moving SharePoint on‑premises sites to SharePoint Online, working independently under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing Nintex forms and workflows, decide on retain vs retire, and create technical designs, migration plans and effort estimates.
• Re‑implement Nintex workflow logic using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps, adding error handling, retries, logging and observability.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online artefacts – modern sites, lists, libraries, content types and permissions.
• Build custom SPFx components with TypeScript/React and apply JSON formatting for list views and columns.
• Integrate SharePoint with external services via Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.
• Support UAT, defect triage, staged migrations, cut‑over coordination and post‑migration validation.
• Produce technical documentation, configuration guides, migration playbooks and operational support notes.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on delivery of production solutions using Power Automate and SharePoint Online.
• Strong SPFx development experience (TypeScript, React, packaging, deployment).
• Demonstrated experience migrating Nintex workflows or legacy SharePoint workflows to modern automation platforms.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clean, testable code following engineering best practices.
• Clear communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
