Oracle HCM Cloud Technology Lead – Mississauga

About the role

Infosys is looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Technology Lead to design, implement and support Core HR, Benefits and Payroll modules for Canada public‑sector clients. The role requires deep expertise in Canadian payroll processes and hands‑on experience with Oracle Global Payroll/Benefits Cloud, guiding projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits Management and Payroll for Canadian public‑sector projects.
• Engage with clients to define integration points, data migration strategies and reporting requirements.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, actionable insights for technical teams, business stakeholders and senior management.
• Drive projects through all SDLC phases, ensuring timely delivery and optimal system performance.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga or willing to relocate; occasional travel across Canada may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) or equivalent experience; at least 4 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
• Minimum 12 years of experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for Benefits, Core HR and Payroll in the Canadian context.
