Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) Tech Consultant

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Lead Consultant to deliver Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions for utility clients. The role involves end‑to‑end consulting, from business process analysis to solution design, configuration, deployment and client training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct business process consulting to define problems and propose solutions.
• Develop, configure and deploy Oracle CC&B solutions.
• Guide project teams on processes, deliverables and scope definition.
• Contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability building.
• Shape value‑adding consulting solutions that meet evolving market needs.

Required profile

• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga or willing to relocate.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or three years of progressive experience per year of education).
• At least 7 years of overall IT experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Oracle CC&B implementation (minimum 4 years).
• Full‑cycle utility implementations (Power/Water) with hands‑on technical deployment.
• Integration experience with ERP, WAM, MWM, MDM, GIS.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle CC&B architecture, Oracle PIP, Data Model, Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
• Batch programming, UI Maps, BO/MO, Change Handlers, Service Scripts, Business Scripts, BPA Script, Application Service, User Exits (Java, HTML, JSP, XML) and web services development.
• Hibernate Framework.
