Operations Manager – Trade, Broadcasting & Services

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the allocation of material, human and financial resources, coordinate regional divisions, and develop organisational policies for trade, broadcasting and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement policies and programs.
• Coordinate work across regions, divisions and departments.
• Establish objectives, formulate and approve policies, programs and promotional campaigns.
• Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions.
• Analyze data, prepare reports and lead data‑administration teams.
• Set financial and administrative controls and approve human‑resources planning.
• Advise senior executives on environmental issues and coordinate projects and programs.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, teamwork and leadership.
