About the role

Join Armstrong Fluid Technology’s service training team to create high‑quality visual and multimedia assets that support technical training programs. This position is based in India and works night‑shift hours aligned with Toronto (Eastern Time) to enable real‑time collaboration with North‑American stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce graphics, diagrams, and visual assets for technical training materials.
• Create and edit illustrations, infographics, and animations that simplify complex concepts.
• Develop and edit training videos, including voice‑overs, post‑production, and on‑demand eLearning sessions.
• Build structured training programs (modules, courses, certifications) aligned with learning objectives.
• Produce interactive technical training materials such as manuals, PowerPoint decks, eLearning modules, assessments, and handouts.
• Manage digital training content within LMS platforms and web‑based learning portals.
• Maintain version‑controlled documentation and ensure branding consistency.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate technical information into effective visual content while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating visual design, video production, and storytelling capabilities.
• Experience supporting training or instructional content development is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, visual clarity, and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Figma or similar design tools.
• Video production, editing, animation, and post‑production expertise.
• Ability to create and modify diagrams and visual assets for technical content.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content platforms.
