Manager, Valuation & Litigation Support (CBV)

About the role

Crowe MacKay LLP is seeking a Manager for its Vancouver‑based Valuation and Litigation Support group. The role combines valuation expertise with litigation support across family law, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insurance claims and personal injury matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide litigation support in family law, shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, insurance claims, and personal injury matters.
• Assist with corporate finance engagements, including valuations for purchase and sale of business interests, quality of earnings reports, and support for transaction negotiations.
• Prepare financial models, business assessments, viability studies, and computer‑based financial projections.
• Support valuation engagements related to corporate reorganizations, estate planning, management buyouts, going‑private transactions, fairness opinions, and shareholder or employee share purchases.

Required profile

• CBV designation or current enrolment in the CBV program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented and well‑organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self‑motivated and collaborative, with a strong team‑oriented approach.
