Lot Associate – Service Department

About the role

The Lot Associate ensures all vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for delivery or display within the service department of a busy automotive dealership.

Key responsibilities

• Keep vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
• Wash vehicles after service tasks and maintain showroom cleanliness.
• Start vehicles, check batteries and recharge as needed.
• Report supply, equipment, or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain inventory and work areas neat, orderly, and free of debris.
• Assist with transporting customers, parts, personnel, and paperwork.
• Perform winter duties such as shoveling and clearing snow and ice from vehicles and lot areas.
• Follow company safety policies and promptly report any accidents.

Required profile

• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean abstract.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees.
• Ability to operate assigned equipment.
• Attention to detail and high‑quality control standards.
• Ability to work effectively against deadlines.
