IT Support Specialist

About the role

StickerYou is looking for an IT Support Specialist to keep its office and remote environments running smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues, and you will support employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and provision computers, peripherals and mobile devices.
• Maintain shared resources such as printers, network drives, IP phones and Wi‑Fi access.
• Configure remote access solutions, VPN and Wi‑Fi for both office and remote users.
• Track inventory of hardware and software and keep documentation of the local network.
• Procure and manage security, backup and antivirus solutions.
• Develop and enforce information‑security, data‑protection and disaster‑recovery policies.
• Manage Windows domain, Active Directory and related network services.
• Administer Hyper‑V virtual machines and hosted IaaS platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, firewalls, centralized backups and other critical infrastructure.

Required profile

• Experience providing day‑to‑day IT support in an office environment.
• Familiarity with onboarding/off‑boarding processes for employees.
• Ability to document procedures and maintain accurate asset inventories.
