Housekeeping Supervisor – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team at our Montréal facility. The role involves overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of safety and cleanliness, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a pleasant environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train and schedule cleaning staff, arranging additional training as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Inspect facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Identify and arrange for supplementary services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement.
• Assist cleaners with tasks when required.
• Collaborate with other departments to align work schedules and activities.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or day shifts as needed.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
