Growth Strategist

About the role

Octav is a financial analytics platform that provides on‑chain portfolio tracking for DeFi, DAOs, treasuries and hedge funds. The company is looking for a Growth Strategist to help scale its B2B marketing efforts. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will drive email campaigns, forge strategic partnerships and grow the community within the Web3 ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Email Marketing Execution and Strategy – plan, create and run B2B email campaigns, optimise workflows and analyse performance.
• Build Strategic Partnerships – identify and engage complementary brands, industry leaders and influencers in Web3 and DeFi, and collaborate on co‑marketing initiatives.
• Engage and Grow the Community – organise webinars, virtual events and Q&A sessions, and work with the Social Media Manager to amplify content.
• Collaborate on Integrated Campaigns – align partnership, email and community activities with overall B2B marketing strategy and report on results.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B email marketing experience with a focus on engagement and lead generation.
• Proven track record building and managing partnerships in the Web3, crypto or DeFi space.
• Experience organising virtual events or community‑focused initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable measuring and improving campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities, with a passion for Web3.
