Global Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and evolve global recruiting strategies, operations, and hiring initiatives to support organizational growth across multiple regions. This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment, optimizing recruiting systems and processes, developing talent pipelines, leveraging people and hiring analytics, and partnering closely with leaders to attract exceptional talent aligned with the company’s mission and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning and growth objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding partnerships.
• Own ATS administration and recruiting workflows, creating dashboards and metrics such as time‑to‑fill and diversity analytics.
• Strengthen employer branding and ensure a high‑quality, inclusive candidate experience worldwide.
• Partner with senior leadership to advise on market trends, talent availability, and compensation expectations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
• Eight plus years of progressive talent acquisition experience in the technology sector or supporting technology‑enabled organizations within complex, distributed global organizations.
• Experience recruiting software engineering, AI, and data science roles.
• Knowledge of Canadian employment and hiring practices; Ontario experience preferred.
