Global Partner Enablement Manager

About the role

Armstrong Fluid Technology seeks a Global Partner Enablement Manager to design and deliver technical and commercial training for its ecosystem of service partners, controls contractors, and OEM service branches. The role involves extensive travel (25‑50%) and close collaboration with global teams to ensure partners can sell, service, and manage Armstrong solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured training programs covering technical, commercial, and operational aspects of Armstrong’s solutions.
• Deliver in‑person and virtual sessions, create e‑learning content, workshops, and certification pathways.
• Integrate training level management with the Envelope platform to ensure only certified technicians are dispatched.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product Management, Marketing, R&D and Product teams to align training with business objectives.
• Establish KPIs, conduct performance assessments, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for partner competency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA or technical certifications preferred.
• 5+ years experience in partner enablement, technical training or service management, preferably in HVAC, controls or industrial automation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, hydronics, pumps, controls and digital service platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
