Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Vantage is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its Product Development team. The role involves building and maintaining performant, scalable systems that power a core part of the retail media platform. You will work across the stack, collaborating with engineers and product managers to deliver user‑focused features.

Key responsibilities

• Write maintainable, performant code to build reliable features that drive product value and user satisfaction.
• Maintain strong test coverage to uphold high code quality and ensure a stable product experience.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and feature solutioning to ensure scalable design decisions.
• Document new and existing features clearly to support team alignment and future development.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and product teams to deliver cohesive, user‑focused solutions.
• Own features from technical design through production deployment and post‑release support.
• Take responsibility for the reliability and correctness of shipped code.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing both back‑end and front‑end of SaaS products.
• Proven ability to design and execute unit and integration tests (e.g., pytest, Jest).
• Experience working with large data sets and monitoring application performance.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP or AWS.
• Track record of successful collaboration with engineering and product teams.
