About the role
Provide friendly and professional customer service at the front end of the store. Package customer orders and assist with other requests while contributing to an engaging environment for employees and shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver customer service to meet shopper needs.
- Provide carry‑out services and package orders.
- Perform sanitary procedures to keep the department clean.
- Maintain adequate supply levels in the front‑end area.
- Merchandise the front‑end department.
- Assist other departments and functions as required.
- Follow and implement all applicable company standards.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Partial high school education.
- No previous experience required.
