Finance Operations Associate

About the role

As a Finance Operations Associate at DashQ, you will keep financial operations organized, accurate, and running smoothly. This hands‑on role focuses on day‑to‑day finance processes such as invoicing, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, expense tracking, subscriptions, and month‑end support.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage client invoicing, track accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing questions and maintain accurate records.
• Track company subscriptions and vendor payments, identifying opportunities to reduce unnecessary spend.
• Assist with budget tracking, cash‑flow monitoring, and spend reporting.
• Support month‑end close activities, including reconciliations, variance tracking, and reporting preparation.
• Work with external accountants and finance leadership to prepare documentation for tax filings, financial reviews, and compliance activities.
• Help improve finance workflows, documentation, and internal controls as the company grows.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in finance operations, accounting support, bookkeeping, or accounts receivable.
• Hands‑on experience using QuickBooks Online.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and recurring financial processes.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial operations principles.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and follow through in a fast‑paced environment.
