Director, Tech for Good – Center for Inclusive Growth

About the role

Mastercard’s Center for Inclusive Growth is seeking a visionary leader to head its Tech for Good initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President, Tech for Good, the Director will drive the responsible adoption of emerging technologies to create measurable social impact, especially for underserved communities.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the adoption of data, networks, technology and AI across Mastercard’s inclusive growth programs.
• Build and manage an ecosystem of assets, tools, experts and partners that enable social‑impact scaling.
• Facilitate the effective exchange and use of Mastercard’s data, AI models and technology to advance the “doing well by doing good” mission.
• Integrate advanced analytics and usability practices into internal and external engagements.
• Lead cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ecosystem management and stakeholder engagement at a senior level.
• Strong analytical acumen with a track record of leveraging data and AI for social outcomes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence diverse teams.
• Passion for inclusive economic growth and financial inclusion.
