About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management for its Enterprise Loyalty Consulting practice within the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement Services organization. The role will define the vision and strategy for loyalty solutions that help financial institutions deepen customer relationships and drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision and product strategy for Enterprise Loyalty consulting.
• Oversee and evolve a portfolio of loyalty solutions for leading financial institutions.
• Streamline positioning and narrative; collaborate with product, sales, and regional teams to drive adoption and pipeline.
• Maintain a two‑way dialogue with consultants and sales to ensure measurable client impact.
• Monitor competitive trends, emerging rewards models, partner ecosystems, and global loyalty innovation.
• Partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, regional teams and external partners to build joint solutions and execute go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Proven senior product management experience, preferably in financial services or payments.
• Demonstrated ability to shape product vision and drive cross‑functional execution.
• Strong understanding of loyalty programs, consumer engagement, and data‑driven insights.
• Experience working with consulting teams and delivering measurable client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global regions.
• Ability to translate market trends into actionable product roadmaps.
