Director - Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking an experienced technology leader to serve as Director of Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations. In this high‑visibility position you will shape the company’s cybersecurity strategy, ensure the reliability and resilience of its technology environment, and partner with senior leaders to support future business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity roadmap and maturity plan.
• Establish security policies, standards, controls, and governance frameworks.
• Lead incident response, cyber‑recovery, and crisis‑management activities.
• Oversee security operations, network and connectivity, cloud platforms, data‑centre infrastructure, and identity‑access management.
• Drive modernization, automation, and operational improvements across technology services.
• Communicate risks and security posture to senior leadership and the Board.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in cybersecurity and IT operations.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with executives and external partners.
• Experience in a retail or luxury‑brand environment is a plus.
