Digital Transformation Leader

About the role

Infosys is seeking a senior leader to guide global clients through enterprise digital transformation initiatives. You will shape roadmaps, governance structures, and execution plans that modernize core platforms and enable connected ways of working across business, technology, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on large‑scale digital transformation programs, focusing on platform modernization and lifecycle visibility.
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end roadmaps, risk dashboards, budget views, and executive briefing materials.
• Lead multi‑workstream initiatives covering engineering, enterprise application transformation, integration, release planning, adoption, and value realization.
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical leads, SMEs, QA teams, vendors, and senior executives to ensure seamless delivery.
• Apply Agile and hybrid delivery models, managing backlogs, sprints, UAT, release orchestration, training, and go‑live readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Minimum 11 years of IT experience, with a strong background in management or technology consulting.
• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario, or willing to relocate; ability to travel as needed.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
