Delivery Manager – Agentic AI Platforms

About the role

Paralucent is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead AI‑driven initiatives for a major banking client. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of agentic AI, cloud‑native services and enterprise‑scale transformation projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope and with measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage delivery governance frameworks, operating cadences and execution models for AI platform initiatives.
• Own delivery plans, milestones, reporting and stakeholder communications across business and technology teams.
• Identify, manage and communicate risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate delivery of initiatives involving agentic AI, enterprise workflows, cloud‑native services and business‑process transformation.
• Partner with architects and technical leaders to translate strategic decisions into actionable delivery plans.
• Monitor performance through KPIs such as quality, timelines, stakeholder satisfaction and milestone achievement.
• Act as primary liaison between business, operations, product and technology teams to maintain alignment.
• Lead cross‑functional teams including analysts, engineers, QA, architects and platform support.
• Ensure readiness across environments, integrations, release planning and operational handoffs.

Required profile

• Proven delivery‑focused leader with experience in governance, planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong risk‑management and KPI‑driven execution background.
• Ability to translate strategy and technical vision into predictable, measurable delivery outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise‑scale AI and cloud platforms in a dynamic environment.
